What is a liege waffle? 
Liege waffles are made from a dough (not a batter) with pearl sugar mixed in. When the dough is baked, the pearl sugar melts and caramelizes making a waffle that has the sweetness built in. No syrup needed.

Why are they called “waffles you can walk with?”
Because the sweetness and flavors are baked in, you can carry this waffle in your hand and get all the deliciousness without the sticky mess.

How do I store my waffles?
If not consuming your entire shipment within 3 days of arrival, please freeze your waffles for up to 2 months.

How do I reheat my waffles?

Room temperature waffles can be consumed as is or you can pop them into your toaster.

Frozen Heating Instructions
Preferred: Microwave frozen waffle for 10 seconds, then place in toaster until thoroughly warm and crispy.

Air Fryer: Set to air fry (385-400 degrees) Preheat. Add waffles and toast for 3-4 minutes, flipping at the halfway mark.

Another Option: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place waffles on a cookie sheet and heat 3-5 minutes for fresh, 5-7 minutes for frozen.

In a Hurry: Microwave for 5-10 seconds (fresh), 15-20 seconds (frozen).

How do I order your waffles?
Make your choices in our online shop.

How do I add a gift message?

You must click "View Cart" to see the field to enter a gift message. If you take the "checkout" shortcut in the pop up - you will not see this option.

When should I expect to receive my order?
Orders close each Friday at 5pm and are packaged and shipped the following Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a holiday.)
We ship orders via FedEx or UPS and both major carriers are experiencing delays with in delivery times.. We utilize 2 or 3 day shipping, but often packages don’t arrive until Thursday or Friday. Unfortunately, these delays are beyond our control. 

What do I do when I receive my shipment?

Open your box immediately and remove the waffles from their packaging. The waffles are shipped frozen with an ice pack, but this is designed to preserve shelf-life for an additional day or two while the product is being shipped. Waffles may or may not be cold when they arrive depending on your region.

Can I place an order online to pick up in store?
Not at this time. You can purchase our frozen Take & Toast 6 packs at the counter.

Can I call in a to go order?

Not at this time. You'll need to visit us to place your order, which we make for you promptly. You may also order delivery through UberEats.

Where can I find Blossom the waffle truck's schedule?
Blossom has transitioned to large festivals and catering of 200+ people only.
