Shipping & Returns

Waffle orders close each Friday at 5pm, and are shipped the following Monday/Tuesday - (holidays excepted). We ship within the continental US. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or military APOs.

We are not responsible for delays caused by any of our shipping partners due to weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disaster, terrorism safety control, inaccurate shipping information, or mistakes on the part of our shipping partners' employees. Therefore, we are not able to offer refunds for those reasons. However, if you believe that our shipping partners have mishandled your package, please contact them directly to file a claim.

Pop Goes the Waffle does not accept returns, offer exchanges, and/or grant refunds on any goods sold unless the issue for return, exchange, and/or refund is the result of an error in our manufacturing, packaging, or handling of the goods.

We additionally are unable to grant refunds for mistakes inadvertently made by the customer during the ordering process including incorrect selection, incorrect mailing addresses, etc.
